Tai Chi is a low-impact form of exercise, initially designed for self defense. Today it is widely practiced for its many health benefits. In the classes offered by Elements Tai Chi, you will learn Yang Style. It's an elegant and fluid form developed by Chinese martial artist, Yang Lu Chan, in the 1800's. Each class will begin with a warmup to relax & strengthen the muscles, while improving balance. This will be followed by a Qigong, which is a slow, articulated series of movements designed specifically for promoting health. The rest of class will be spent practicing Yang Style Tai Chi. Each level has a specific sequence of movements that will be practiced every class.

For adults of any age and level of experience. There are chairs available if you need to sit. 

WHAT TO WEAR

Wear clothing that is comfortable to move in. For shoes, you can wear trainers, socks, or go barefooted.
