About
Elements Tai Chi was founded by Bridget (Bee) Morris, a former contemporary dancer from the United States. Bridget discovered tai chi as a result of an injury. Practicing tai chi helped to rebuild her strength and improve her alignment until she was fully recovered. The health benefits that she experienced as a practitioner, lead her to pursue certification as an instructor.
Bridget has been teaching Yang Style tai chi for 3 years. She enjoys teaching as much as she enjoys studying the form. She continues to deepen her knowledge of the healing benefits of tai chi & qigong for her own practice and for sharing with others.
